Shipping Policy

We offer free 2 day shipping on any order over $99 to the lower 48 states. Shipping charges for orders below $99 vary slightly based on weight and the number of items, but usually run about $6-$7 for standard shipping or $9-$10 for 2 day shipping. Most products ship from the warehouse within 24 hours. Orders are usually shipped using UPS or FedEx in the vast majority of cases. Tracking numbers will be sent with every order so you can follow its progress.

Order Cancellations
We usually ship orders within 24 hours of the time the order was placed. Often times that means we start packaging the product as soon as the order comes in. In the vast majority of cases we cannot cancel the orders once they have been placed. Customers can log into their account and attempt to cancel the order if it has not already been packaged, however once the item has been packaged the order cannot be cancelled. All orders can be returned within the first 14 days after purchase for a refund, however the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Sales Tax Policy
We do not charge sales tax in 49 states. We are located in Virginia. If you happen to live here too, Congrats! You have great taste... but we have to charge you 5% sales tax.

Damaged Product and Warranty Information
Our goal is to have a warranty policy that quickly replaces any damaged or defective products upon receipt. At the same time, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear. Simply put, if it is broken when you get it, we will replace it for free. If you throw the item on the ground and break it, that is your fault and no refund will be given.

Based on that, we have the following policy:
When you receive your products, check them thoroughly for any damage or manufacturer defects. If the products are damaged or defective upon receipt, please let us know within 14 days for a full refund or exchange.

We will also pay the return shipping costs on these damaged or defective products. However, if we do not hear from you within 14 days after delivery, we will assume the products are in good condition and not defective.

Any damage to the products after that 14 day period will be considered normal wear and tear and they will not be eligible for any refunds or returns. After our 14 period is over, please contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims.
